What do we do with your data
We (Minicamping Singel) explore your details through our reservation system. We have a contract with TommyBookingSupport here. Bookings made via our site (for example,reserve.minicampingsingel.html) can be made directly via TommyBookingSupport. We do not store any data about our guests ourselves, TommyBookingSupport does this for us.
We only use your personal data for communication with you.
Payments via PAY.NL
If you pay for your reservation in advance, this transaction will be processed via PAY.NL. Your payment details are processed here. We process the payment information that we receive via PAY.nl in our administration.
Bookings via Booking.com
If you make a reservation via Booking.com, we will transfer your data to our TommybookingSupport reservation system.
You have accepted Booking.com's general terms and conditions, which state how Booking.com handles your data.
Disclose
We (Minicamping Singel) Just like TommyBookingSupport and PAY.NL, we will never make your data public on our own. Please note: in some cases, however, we are obliged by the government to release data. We will never sell or otherwise provide your information to third parties.
Processing agreement
As a user of TommyBookingSupport and PAY.NL, we are the controller. We use TommyBookingSupport and PAY.NL to process data, which makes TommyBookingSupport and PAY.NL the processors. The Processing Agreement that we have entered into with TommyBookingSupport and PAY.NL states how privacy and the security of personal data are handled.
